Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on most products and orders over $100. Exceptions may include where the total weight
exceeds 25kg or remote area shipping (as determined by us). Where free shipping does not apply, shipping
charges should be calculated in your shopping cart. You are welcome to email for a shipping quote if necessary.

Most orders should be dispatched to you in 5-10 working days and will be sent by courier or Australia Post. As
part of the checkout process we will require a valid address, contact phone number and email address. Please
note, couriers do not delivery to post office boxes and to speed up your delivery process, some products may
be sent to you directly from our suppliers. If there is going to be any delay outside this timeframe, you will be
notified by email.

Courier delivery is typically within business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) so we suggest
you supply a work address as these deliveries will usually require a signature. You may be charged a courier
redirection fee if no one is at the nominated address when the courier attempts delivery.

If you receive a product you suspect has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for it and request the
courier return the consignment to the sender. Please contact us within 24 hours and if possible take a photo of
the damage and email it to along with the product ordered, your name, address and a
description of the apparent damage.
