Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We do not refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. You’re welcome to contact us before your
purchase for professional advice as to the most suitable products for you. There are also some products which
we are unable to return due to copyright, hygiene etc. These may include (but are not limited to) print music,
software, some consumables and products that go in your ear or mouth!
To enable us to best look after you, the following procedure for returning a product must be followed.
Products must be unopened, unused, with all included accessories, in their original packaging and not
damaged in any way.
To instigate a return, please complete the returns form from your https://othermusic.com.au/my-account/, within 14 days of
taking delivery of your product. Please don’t return the products until you have received specific
instructions in response to your submitted form.
Returned products will remain your responsibility during transit and return freight costs will be at your
expense. Other Music will not accept responsibility for any damage occurred in transit so please pack
your products carefully.
After receiving your returned items, Other Music will issue a refund, exchange or online credit
according to your preference and our response to your submitted form. If a refund is approved, you
will be emailed when it is processed and it will be made within 5 business days of this notification using
the same payment method as payment was initially made.

If your product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer’s warranty
period, Other Music will repair or replace your product. If it cannot be repaired or replaced we may offer you an
online credit or refund. Products found to be faulty due to mishandling, abuse or any sort of misuse will not
qualify for warranty repair or replacement.
To have your product assessed under warranty, please complete the returns form (selecting warranty assessment) from your https://othermusic.com.au/my-account/ . Please don’t return the products for assessment until you have received specific instructions in
response to your submitted form.
We will respond within 2 business days and may request further information to process your claim. If your
request is approved, we will give you all the necessary details and the return address. This may be Other
Music, the authorised repairer or an authorised third party.
