May 2021 Newsletter

Autumn is well and truly here now and I for one, am certainly enjoying the cooler weather.  May is always a busy month for celebrations in the Other Music household; featuring Andrew’s birthday, Mother’s Day, and Star Wars Day – May the Fourth!

A huge shout out to my Mum, not only for Mother’s Day but for also having the insight to know that Star Wars was going to be something pretty special and taking me to see it on the big screen in 1977.  I’ve been a fan ever since, so thank you.

Scroll down for more about some Star Wars specials, a new model clarinet and a special equipment and musical insurance offer for Other Music customers.

I’ve also included information on Qld Wind & Brass’ first concert in 18 months at the Old Museum Building.  It’s so exciting to be performing again and I hope to see you there.

If you haven’t already, I’d love you to like the Other Music Facebook Page and follow us on Instagram.

As always, feel free to contact me for any inquiries or questions.  I’m here to help.  And of course you’re welcome to forward this email to any friends or family you think would benefit from hearing about Other Music!

New Model Leblanc Clarinet

Brass and woodwind instruments don’t tend to be updated as often as electronic gear, so it’s always exciting to announce the release of a new model.

I could be biased being a clarinettist but I love the new Leblanc Debut Clarinet.  It’s easy-blowing and warm-sounding, with silver-plated keywork and durable neoprene pads.  It’s the perfect choice for students and schools looking for a great value, long-lasting clarinet.
