Marc Jeanbourquin found inspiration for his composition Mazel Tov in traditional klezmer music. The title of the work means ‘congratulations’ inHebrew-a wish heard at weddings, births and bah mitzvahs. Marc Jeanbour quin’s work includes sounds of mournful longing typical of klezmer as well as lively passages seducing the listener to dance. A rousing piece ofmusic to celebrate. Mazel Tov!
